As follows from the document posted on the official Internet portal of legal information, the law changes the requirements for the authorized capital of organizations applying for a license to produce ethyl alcohol.
It increases from 10 million to 100 million rubles.
In addition, the law provides for the possibility of judicially revoking a manufacturer’s license to produce ethyl alcohol if the value of its assets falls below 100 million rubles.
Earlier it became known that Putin signed a law banning the placement of advertising on the resources of foreign agents.
