“Prepare and submit proposals for the development and implementation of a national project aimed at raising a harmoniously developed and socially responsible individual based on traditional Russian spiritual and moral values,” says the list of instructions.
Earlier, the head of state delivered a message to the Federal Assembly, during which he announced the launch of a new national project “Family” in Russia.
