“In the Donetsk direction, units of the “Southern” group of forces, conducting active combat operations, occupied more advantageous positions,” the department’s report states.
It is also noted that in this direction, Russian fighters defeated the formations of the 80th air assault, 33rd, 54th mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Krasnogorovka, Razdolovka of the Donetsk People's Republic and Belogorovka of the Lugansk People's Republic.
Earlier, the Russian Armed Forces occupied more advantageous positions in the Avdeevsky direction.
