As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, the production of the hormonal drug will be carried out by the PSK Pharma company, a resident of the Dubna SEZ near Moscow.
Its active ingredient is carbetocin.
“The start of production in the Moscow region of our own hormonal drug to prevent bleeding is of great importance for the safety of life and health of patients,” the head of the department, Ekaterina Zinovieva, is quoted in the message.
Earlier it was reported that 240 million rubles would be allocated to the Moscow region for screening newborns.
