Regarding what is happening to the Holy Mosque, Al-Qaradaghi said, “The Al-Aqsa flood is nothing but a protection for Al-Aqsa. They brought 5 red cows to slaughter them on the basis that Al-Aqsa Mosque will be demolished by any means. Then, according to their chants and rituals, these cows are slaughtered, so anything is possible.”

He called on the Palestinians in the West Bank and in the 1948 territories to go to Jerusalem and pray in Al-Aqsa, as he said, “Even those who can go (from outside Palestine) without a visa from the occupying state should go, and populate Al-Aqsa Mosque day and night, protecting and doing their duty.”

Support South Africa

Regarding South Africa's suing of Israel before the International Court of Justice, Sheikh Al-Qaradaghi called on Islamic governments to support South Africa's position so that it does not stand alone.

Al-Qaradaghi also stated that the Union met with the South African ambassador to Qatar and learned from him that his country had been harmed due to its persecution of Israel, but he confirmed that Pretoria was ready to continue for the sake of its principles.

Al-Qaradaghi called on Islamic countries to "compensate for this damage with support, support, and investments, because, unfortunately, most of global investments are in the hands of Jews, Americans, and Western countries."
