A bus with 25 people falls on some works in Cornellà (Barcelona)

A city bus with 25 passengers fell this Monday about three meters inside a construction zone at number 262 of the Esplugues road in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona), according to sources from the Generalitat Fire Department. Europe Press.

The incident occurred at around 1:48 p.m., and

the passengers of the vehicle were rescued by the Generalitat Firefighters,

according to 'El Caso', although the emergency services are still working and analyzing the situation.

Sources from the Sistema d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) have detailed to Europa Press that they have traveled to the scene with seven teams, but have not yet detailed whether or not there are injuries.

The Generalitat Bombers have mobilized with five crews and, upon arrival, "they have checked the interior of the bus and no one was trapped."

In addition, they have reported that, as a result of the fall, the bus has suffered a diesel leak, and that they are working at around 2:35 p.m. to stop it.
