The Al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) - broadcast scenes of a sniper attack on an Israeli soldier south of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City, in a scene that has become recurring in recent weeks on various fronts of fighting.

The scenes showed two Israeli soldiers standing on the roof of a house, before the targeted soldier fell to the ground and his companion immediately fled, after which an Israeli military vehicle advanced to cover and provide an ambulance to the soldier.

Before the sniping operation, the voice of one of the Qassam fighters was heard sending a message to the occupation army stating that its soldiers would be hunted like ducks, and that Gaza would be a graveyard for them.

He also dedicated this operation to the Yemeni resistance and to the leader of the Houthi group, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.

Al-Qassam has been documenting its operations against the forces and vehicles of the occupation army - in various combat axes - since the start of the Israeli ground operation late last October, as Al-Qassam uses anti-personnel missiles, armor and fortifications, in addition to precise ambushes and precise sniper operations.
