"With better capital circulation, the market will be more connected." "The rule of law is an important guarantee for the construction of the Greater Bay Area." Qiu Tingbiao, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and associate professor at the University of Macau Law School, believes that in order to create a good business environment, it is imperative to improve diversified commercial dispute resolution mechanisms such as international commercial trial, arbitration, and mediation.

In February this year, the second batch of common implementation standards for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was announced, adding 7 fields and 73 standards to the first batch of 25 fields and 110 standards.
On November 22, 2023, a special job fair for talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. 1,200 companies provided a total of nearly 50,000 high-quality positions.
