RIA Novosti reports this with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.

According to the agency, between 2019 and 2020, more than ten SBU officers were registered at the shelter.

“Exactly how many of them were recorded there in total is currently being studied, but we can already say for sure that it was of a massive nature,” the message says.

Earlier, retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov expressed the opinion that in order to save the situation, the Ukrainian command needs to withdraw “the main units” to the rear and replace them with a “rearguard” of suicide bombers.
