At the same time, Türkiye is taking the lead,” writes Bloomberg.
Thus, according to the European Investment Bank, the amount will exceed $1 trillion.
Meanwhile, the European Commission, the Ukrainian government, the World Bank and the UN gave an estimate of almost $500 billion (for ten years).
