Compared with 2022, the average review and prosecution time for a case has been reduced by 4.8 days, post-arrest verdicts of not guilty and exemption from criminal punishment have dropped by 24.8%, the number of criminal compensation cases accepted has dropped by 30.5%, and the change rate of protest cases has increased by 6.3 percentage points. The number of letters and calls decided dropped by 7.9%, and the quality and efficiency of legal supervision work was significantly improved.
Deepen the comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system.
A five-year plan for procuratorial reform was formulated and 36 reform tasks were clarified.
