American President Joe Biden stated this.

According to him, the port will be able to accept large ships with food, water, medicine and temporary housing.

“This temporary port will significantly increase the volume of humanitarian aid arriving in Gaza every day,” TASS quotes the American leader.

At the same time, he noted that there will be no American troops on Palestinian soil.

Earlier, the Pentagon said that the United States does not currently plan to send troops to Gaza.

It was also reported that a pro-Palestinian protest had begun at the Capitol.
