The son of the President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, was involved in a serious traffic accident in the Turkish capital, Ankara, according to what activists and media reported on Friday.

The Russia Today website quoted the Turkish Sabah newspaper as saying that Muhammad Fath al-Burhan al-Rahman was taken to hospital in serious condition after being involved in a traffic accident while riding a motorcycle in Ankara.

Muhammad Fath al-Burhan al-Rahman, the son of the President of Sudan, was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with the vehicle in front of him at the Incek Atlem University intersection in Ankara.

It was learned that Al-Rahman, who was transferred to the hospital's intensive care unit, is still in serious condition.

Activists circulated pictures of the accident, and said that it occurred when Al-Burhan's son collided with a vehicle in front of him while riding his motorcycle at the intersection of Incek Atlem University in Ankara.

They confirmed that the young man was transferred to a hospital, and was in the intensive care unit, and that his health condition was serious.
