Regional governors Vyacheslav Gladkov and Roman Starovoyt reported this on Telegram.
Regional heads called on local residents to take shelter in windowless rooms and get off the streets.
“Take shelter in rooms without windows with solid walls (hallway, bathroom, toilet, pantry).
If you are on the street, go down to a shelter or other safe place,” Gladkov wrote.
This morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that air defense destroyed 12 drones over the Volgograd and Belgorod regions.
Later, four more Ukrainian UAVs were shot down over the Volgograd region.
