This could be a “tipping point” in the American presidential campaign: Joe Biden, after a “Super Tuesday” which sealed the face-to-face with Donald Trump, will try this Thursday, March 7 to gain momentum towards the presidential election of November, during the traditional State of the Union address.

He should once again highlight

Mr. Biden wants to boast of his record, in the hope of attracting and seducing the voters of Nikki Haley, the moderate Republican candidate who gave up on Wednesday March 6.
This speech should focus on the rather satisfactory economic figures, on the right to abortion and on social justice.
