Macron told political parties there are 'no limits' to French support for Ukraine

President Emmanuel Macron explained to party leaders on Thursday that there were "no limits", "no red lines" to France's support for Ukraine, at war with Russia, PCF officials reported and RN Fabien Roussel and Jordan Bardella leaving the Élysée.

The president of the far-right party assured that he had pleaded during this nearly three-hour meeting for "France not to enter into war with Russia", also criticizing the remarks of Prime Minister Gabriel Attal. who, according to him, compared the RN to “a foreign occupation army”.

Macron expressed his concern over the advance of the Russians

According to a participant, the Head of State first delivered an introductory speech lasting around twenty minutes detailing, with supporting maps, the state of the situation on the ground in Ukraine and expressing his concern about the advance of the Russians on the front.

Emmanuel Macron once again insisted on the need for a start to support kyiv and mentioned the cyberattacks carried out by Moscow in Europe and in particular in France.

The president then spoke with party leaders.
