A new report from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard regarding the 'Koldo case' shows the intimacy with which the members of the mask plot related not only to politicians, but also to members of the Civil Guard.

The researchers highlight in the dossier how the former general director of the Armed Institute, María Gámez, performed a PCR test with her daughter in a way, the plot points out in the telephone interventions, free of charge.

"Eh...the director of the Civil Guard has come with her daughter, who had told us, apparently, but no one has said anything to me, I have not charged for it, they have done PCR, a person has insisted on me. little, but not much, I also didn't know if I had to charge it or not, so nothing, I haven't charged it, I mean let's see if it would have been mandatory due to the legal issue, well he would have insisted more, but I think it worked out for him well," says one of the accused businessmen who are part of the WhatsApp group titled

.

This test would have taken place, according to the investigation, on May 4, 2021. The documentation also records another antigen test carried out on February 15 with the following message: "general director of the Civil Guard and his family."

Gámez was general director of the Civil Guard between January 2020 and March 2023.

The businessmen used this chat to update De Aldama, commission agent of the mask purchase plot, on all their movements.

The plot could also have provided José Luis Ábalos with anti-covid tests.

In fact, one of the accused businessmen asked his colleagues to prepare a "negative" report for the then Minister of Transport.

His interlocutors ask him for his information and he sends them his name José Luis Ábalos and his ID number.

He also provides them with Koldo García's information.

That same day at night, another of the investigated reports that Koldo has asked him to "go to the boss's house to do four antigen tests there."
