Speaking at a press conference dedicated to the results of the event, Kiriyenko emphasized that we are talking about a whole line of attacks that were organized according to the “TsIPsO manual.”
“It was not possible to stop a single delegation, despite attempts at blackmail and threats,” TASS quotes him as saying.
Kiriyenko added that the heads of delegations received calls and messages with “threats of terrorist attacks, threats of consequences.”
Also during the press conference, Kiriyenko noted that there were Ukrainians among the participants in the World Youth Festival.
