This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
“Convict G.... in a demonstrative and blackmailing manner refused to comply with the legal demands of the employees of the administration of the institution... The illegal actions of the convict... were supported by several individuals from among the malicious violators of the established procedure for serving the sentence,” RIA Novosti reports.
The convicts broke windows and cut-off doors in the detachment.
Previously, three saboteurs in the Penza region were sentenced to 11 years in prison, and another, 17-year-old, was sentenced to eight years in a correctional colony.
