In light of the starvation policy practiced by the occupation against the people of Gaza, obtaining a little bread has become a precious wish, and a reason to bring joy to their hearts if they find a way to do so. Many videos have documented scenes showing the joy of Gazan families and children at receiving pieces of bread that satisfy their hunger, even for hours.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Palestinian journalist Hossam Shabat published a video on his account on the X platform, documenting the extreme joy that appeared on an elderly Palestinian woman when he served her white bread.

Hossam commented on the video by saying, “I did not find this scene more difficult than this. I was walking around distributing ready-made bread that was never available among the citizens.”

I did not find anything more difficult than this scene.

The scene sparked a state of shock and anger among social media users.

Because of the situation that the people of Gaza have reached as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip for more than 5 months.

The pioneers of the X platform shared many videos documenting the joy of many children and mothers at receiving white bread.

Palestinian journalist Anas Al-Sharif expressed his joy when residents of the camps in Jabalia offered him a piece of white bread. He said, “I was surprised to find one of the residents of Jabalia camp offering me this rare meal in light of the stifling siege on northern Gaza. I have not seen this white bread for 3 months, its smell has disappeared from the homes.” And residential neighborhoods, and it has become a luxury to crave a loaf of bread made from pure white flour!”

Residents of the camps...children of generosity and generosity.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed a few days ago that the Israeli occupation is waging a new war on the residents of Gaza, which is a war of starvation, and that the number of martyrs as a result of this is increasing, especially among children.

He also explained that there are children in intensive care who are at risk of death from hunger, so that in recent weeks the occupation authorities have prevented all aid convoys planned to be sent to the northern Gaza Strip.

The last aid allowed to enter the region was on January 23, according to the World Health Organization.
