The events occurred during a pajama party at the house of a friend of the minor and when the doctors arrived they found him unconscious.

The challenge, known in English as 'chroming', consists of inhaling toxic vapors from paint, aerosols or cleaning products.

The family now wants TikTok "to be removed," according to the Daily Mail, and for children under 16 to be banned from using social media.

"We want to help save the lives of other children and raise awareness among families to keep their children safe," says the minor's grandmother, who said that the child died due to cardiac arrest.
