  Yang Yuni comes from Honghe County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. She is the principal of the Yuni Culture and Art Inheritance Center and a practitioner of the inheritance of Hani Terraces culture.

In 2015, when she was in her first year of college, she founded the "Yuni Culture and Art Inheritance Center" and applied to establish the teaching site of the Honghe Hani Rice Terraces Cultural Inheritance School, hoping to allow local children to step onto a bigger stage and bring Hani culture to a greater level.
