The judge of the
National Court
investigating the 'Koldo case' has agreed to release with precautionary measures for a civil guard who testified this morning as an investigator.

opened a secret piece within the case in which crimes related to the alleged collection of commissions for the sale of masks during the pandemic are investigated.
That piece had the objective of investigating several bank accounts and carrying out a new registry.
After lifting the secrecy of this piece this Wednesday, the member of the Civil Guard

has appeared before the judge , as being investigated for crimes of belonging to a criminal organization and bribery.
At the end, the magistrate has agreed to his provisional release with the precautionary measures of prohibition of leaving the national territory and withdrawal of his passport.
This is the second member of the Civil Guard who appears involved in the operation, although the first was not active.
