Speaking during the “Knowledge.First” marathon of the Russian Knowledge Society, Peskov noted that such steps harm any country, including Russia.
“When large blocs of countries, such as the EU, impose sanctions, or when sanctions are imposed by the United States, the world’s largest economy in absolute terms, then, of course, this brings a lot of problems for any country, including ours,” he is quoted as saying RIA News.
Also during his speech, Peskov said that Western sanctions led to the mobilization of the economy in Russia.
