As reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, on March 6, Shoigu checked the progress of the state defense order by the concern’s enterprises.
Following the results of the work, he held a working meeting with enterprise managers.
“The heads of the enterprises reported to Army General Sergei Shoigu on the approval of adjusted schedules for the supply of weapons and military equipment to the troops with a shift to earlier dates...,” the message says.
Earlier, Shoigu called on manufacturers of artillery reconnaissance systems, MLRS and shells to speed up deliveries to the Russian Armed Forces.
