The day after clashes in front of the Cachan high school, in the Paris region, two second-year students from this establishment were arrested this Wednesday morning.

They were in possession of acetone, hoods and gloves.

In total, there were three arrests.

According to information from Europe 1, two second year students from the Cachan vocational high school were arrested this morning in possession of acetone near the establishment.

The two young individuals also had gloves and balaclavas, report several police sources.

Their motivations are not yet known.

Tuesday, while students from the Cachan vocational high school organized a blockade to denounce the state of their establishment, the movement degenerated and turned into a mess.

Several dozen hooded individuals targeted the school by throwing Molotov cocktails inside the school grounds, according to several police sources.

Trash cans were also set on fire in front of the school.

One person was arrested.

Two police officers injured

The intervention of the police did not allow calm to return since a municipal police car was attacked and overturned.

The arrival of reinforcements ultimately led to the dispersal of the individuals who headed to the site of the former École Normale Supérieure.

Two police officers were injured, according to a police source.

Contacted by Europe 1, the rectorate explains that the teaching teams have sheltered "as many students as possible" by bringing them into the high school where "classes are held normally".
