He added that Washington's "reliability" as an ally can be confirmed by its former puppets in Afghanistan.
“The Americans abandoned them, shamefully fleeing this country.
This means they will run away again, leaving behind a heap of weapons they supplied.
It’s a matter of time,” RIA Novosti quotes the diplomat.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukraine would face the fate of Afghanistan and other countries where the West staged adventures.
