Chad: a week after the death of opponent Yaya Dillo, what happens to his party, the PSF?

In Chad, a week has passed since the assault led by the army against the headquarters of the Socialist Party Without Borders which cost the life of its president, opponent Yaya Dillo.

Since then, party activists have completely disappeared from circulation.

Around twenty of them were arrested, some were injured and are in hospital, but most are in hiding.

the death of Yaya Dillo

Currently, we are threatened, we are hunted.

We must live in secret.

We do not have a choice.

We expect to be attacked or kidnapped at any moment.

Robert Gamb, general secretary of the Socialist Party Without Borders (PSF) has still been wearing the same clothes since February 28, he has not returned home.

I received visits from smoked vehicles without registrations lurking around my house.

So I had to hide elsewhere.

To find Mahamat Ousmane Adam, PSF activist, you have to follow a vehicle through the alleys of the distant suburbs.

Among our activists, there are people who have really fled because they are afraid.

You can't even call yourself a PSF activist, but I don't care what they do.

We are here and the PSF will exist.

We will continue to fight.

Decapitated, disorganized... the party is still seeking to establish the human toll of the events.
