According to the expert, the trend for work in industry is actively spreading among female job seekers.

One of the most popular specialties is welder.

“This is one of the most prestigious working professions, representatives of which are needed in almost every enterprise.

Modern welding requires special precision and accuracy.

Employers note that women make the most qualified specialists in this area,” the expert said.

Also in demand among women are the professions of turner and reel adjuster.

In addition, testers of parts and devices are in demand at enterprises of the instrument-making and electronics industries - such specialists test manufactured products, check their suitability, and ensure the safety of devices and components.

This specialization is also popular among women.

“Another profession popular among women is a compound pourer.

This type of work involves pouring and sealing various products.

Specialists are in demand in the production of radio equipment, microcircuits and other electronic devices,” said Tarasov.

As the expert noted, all these professions are in great demand among industrial enterprises and they offer high wage rates already at the start of a career - from 80-100 thousand rubles, depending on the number of shifts worked.

“Work in industry has become more comfortable and safe in recent years.

Today, working conditions at enterprises correspond to modern ideas about comfort - high-tech equipment, clean workshops, silent production.

And women, in turn, are increasingly deciding to change their usual work (usually an office format) to a new specialization.

They are actively retraining and choosing stability and high income in the industrial sector,” he said.
