that had been stolen from different homes on the second and third floors, as well as the tools they needed to commit the crime, a hammer and some pliers.
The two detainees have been brought to justice at the Central Guard Inspection.
From the building, neighbors were able to remove the belongings and personal objects that had survived the fire last week, as well as some pets that had escaped the flames.
