Sun Zhongling said that he was determined to return to his hometown to start a business and lead the villagers to find a way to get rich and increase their income. .
After Sun Zhongling became the secretary of the village party branch, he led the village cadres to register and establish a land joint-stock cooperative through repeated research and practice, and began to explore five ways of holding shares: land, manpower, capital, agricultural machinery, and talents for centralized and intensive management, allowing farmers to become the main body of industrial development. It has implemented a cooperative management model of "all people's stock participation + corporate management" to change the traditional family decentralized management model and follow the path of large-scale operation in line with market rules.
Under Sun Zhongling's leadership, Sunzhuang Village built a farm covering an area of 1,800 acres, developed organic vegetable and fruit planting and agricultural service projects, and explored a new model of rural cooperative management.
At present, the village's collective economy has employed more than 600 people, driving 5,000 surrounding farmers to grow high-quality agricultural products. The average income per mu has increased from 400 yuan to more than 8,000 yuan. Sunzhuang Village has also jumped from a collective economy "shell village" to an annual income of 350 yuan. "Star Village" worth 10,000 yuan.
"Farmers who have become rich need to improve their legal literacy and lay a legal foundation for rural revitalization. If they do not abide by the law, they may return to poverty due to crime."
