Israeli sources reported that an Israeli soldier was injured during a stabbing attack carried out by a Palestinian youth near the Yitzhar settlement, south of Nablus in the West Bank.
Al Jazeera's correspondent stated that the occupation forces shot the Palestinian youth during the operation.
Meanwhile, Israeli Army Radio said that the perpetrator of the attack in which an Israeli was injured at the Yitzhar settlement had been “liquidated.”
The Israeli Beilinson Hospital in Tel Aviv reported that the condition of the injured soldier was "serious."

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation army, in parallel with its war on the Gaza Strip, which began on the seventh of last October, escalated arrest campaigns and raids into cities and towns in the West Bank, which left dozens of martyrs and thousands of detainees, according to Palestinian sources.
