Test participants answered the question “Is it necessary to cut down poplars in Moscow to get rid of poplar fluff?” The votes were distributed almost equally.

The leading option was “The poplars should be cut down and other trees planted in their place,” with 37% of participants voting for it.

Among those voting with a paper ballot, this option was more popular, gaining 44%.

In second and third place in popularity are “The decision should be left to specialists” and “Poplars should not be cut down,” such options were chosen by 32 and 31% of voters, respectively, the public headquarters for monitoring the Russian presidential elections in Moscow in 2024 reported.

The developers tested the correct operation of all components of the electronic voting system and monitored the operation of the equipment.
