  On the same day, the launch ceremony was hosted by Cathay Pacific Customer and Commercial President Liu Kaishi, and Lam Sai-hung, Secretary for Transport and Logistics of the Hong Kong SAR Government, served as the officiating guest.

  Lam Sai-hsiung expressed his sincere gratitude to Cathay Pacific for promoting different community projects and promoting youth development over the years.

In the 20 years since the program was launched, more than 4,000 students have been introduced to the aviation world, and many of them have become Hong Kong aviation professionals.

  According to reports, the program was first launched in 2003. It integrates the two major elements of social service and aviation education to allow students to have an in-depth understanding of the aviation world, while promoting personal growth and encouraging them to realize their ideals.

Under the leadership and guidance of Cathay Pacific employee leaders, trainees will participate in a series of aviation activities, such as visiting aviation facilities, participating in classroom training, and this year's new exchange trip to Zhuhai.

Students with outstanding performance will also be invited to participate in an aviation experience trip during this summer vacation to further understand the aviation industry from different perspectives and conduct cultural exchanges.
