The Budget Committee of the House of Representatives continues to deliberate on the new fiscal year budget bill on Saturday.

While the ruling party plans to have the bill passed by the House of Representatives within the second day, which would ensure its passage within the fiscal year, the opposition parties are continuing to finalize the bill, with the intention of making a final decision on how to respond based on the content of the deliberations.

The House of Representatives Budget Committee, which is deliberating the budget bill for the new fiscal year, was held from 9 a.m. on Saturday the 2nd, as the battle between the ruling and opposition parties over the vote on the budget bill continued until around 11:30 p.m. on the 1st of this month. The Prime Minister and others are requested to attend, and questions that could not be answered on the day are answered.

In this discussion, Acting Representative Osaka of the Constitutional Democratic Party commented on the issue surrounding the LDP's faction's political funding party, saying, ``They are just watching the person's explanation.Prime Minister Kishida will become a ``ball of fire'' and take the lead.'' However, when I saw it, it wasn't a ball of fire, but a ``car of fire.'' We should hold a proper hearing to find out what the congressman used the ``slush funds'' for.''

In response, Prime Minister Kishida said, ``As a result of interviews, some people kept only a portion of their receipts. Although it was not confirmed that they had used them for anything other than political activities such as meeting fees and office expenses, the investigation revealed that I am not saying that we have done everything, and we will continue to make the necessary checks."

In response to a question about the punishment of the members involved, Prime Minister Kishida said, ``Considering the party's future activities, we will consider the timing as soon as possible while monitoring the progress of revisions to the income and expenditure report, etc.'' I want to put a damper on this," he said.

The ruling party believes that since the budget bill includes contingency funds to deal with the Noto Peninsula earthquake, it is certain that it will be enacted within the fiscal year. The bill will be voted on by the committee and the plenary session within the second day, and passed by the House of Representatives. It's a policy.

On the other hand, the opposition parties intend to make a final decision on whether to vote based on the content of the deliberations, and final coordination between the ruling and opposition parties continues.

If passed by the House of Representatives, there will be questions at the House of Councilors Budget Committee on the 4th and 5th.

The Liberal Democratic Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party's House of Councilors Diet Measures Committee chairpersons will meet, and if the new fiscal year budget bill is passed by the House of Representatives and sent to the House of Councilors, the House of Councilors Budget Committee will meet with Prime Minister Kishida on the 4th and 5th of this month. It was generally agreed that all ministers would be invited to attend and ask questions.
