Another 5% answered that they were ready to work on a holiday for time off, 5% - just like that, without any conditions, but 23% said that they would not agree to work.
In addition, respondents were asked whether they wanted the March 8 holiday to be canceled in Russia.
Answering this question, 85% of respondents stated that they had no such desire.
Only 8% of respondents
agreed with this proposal.
“Eight out of ten men who work a five-day schedule with Saturday and Sunday off would agree to work on International Women’s Day: 66% for additional pay, 4% for time off, 9% without any conditions (“For me, work — the most important priority”),” the study results note.
Two out of three women employed on a five-day week are ready to go to work on International Women’s Day: 59% for additional pay, 6% for time off, 2% for no reason.
In total, 1.6 thousand economically active citizens from all districts of the country took part in the survey.
