Israel committed 10 massacres in Gaza, leaving 92 martyrs and 156 injured during the past 24 hours (French)

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression had risen to 30,320 martyrs and 71,533 wounded since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Strip on October 7, 2023.

The ministry said that the occupation committed 10 massacres in the Gaza Strip, killing 92 martyrs and 156 injured during the past 24 hours, and that a number of victims are still trapped under rubble and on the roads, as the Israeli occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that one martyr and 4 others were injured as a result of the occupation forces' bombing of a group of Palestinians in the Japanese neighborhood, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. He also reported that a Palestinian was martyred and others injured as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis.

Al Jazeera's correspondent said that the number of children's deaths in Kamal Adwan Hospital rose to 13 due to malnutrition and lack of medicine. The hospital director announced the death of 7 children yesterday, Friday, indicating that the children are facing advanced dehydration and malnutrition, in light of the hospital being out of service.

The number of martyrs of the flour massacre increased

The reporter reported that 20 people were martyred and 16 others were injured in a bombing that targeted a house west of the Jabalia refugee camp. He said that civil defense teams recovered the body of a martyr from the Nabulsi roundabout in Gaza City, bringing the number of martyrs of the flour massacre that took place the day before yesterday, Thursday, to 116 martyrs.

The reporter said that 3 people were killed in Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip, as a result of Israeli bombing on a group of Palestinians who were searching for food in agricultural land.

Also in Gaza, the people of the city of Deir al-Balah in the center of the Strip mourned the bodies of 15 martyrs from Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

The Israeli occupation aircraft launched violent raids yesterday evening and today at dawn on the homes of citizens in Deir al-Balah.

An Al Jazeera correspondent reported that several people were injured in an Israeli raid on a car in the Shaboura camp in the center of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, Palestinian medical sources reported that a child was killed and a number of Palestinian citizens were injured in an Israeli raid that targeted a house in the Yabna camp in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

“The level of destruction is beyond description.”

For his part, Director of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said today, Saturday, that the level of destruction surrounding Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, which is being subjected to a devastating Israeli war, is beyond description.

He explained in a post on the X platform that the World Health Organization and its partners were able to reach Al-Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza to deliver 19,000 liters of fuel after more than a month.

Ghebreyesus stated that the organization provided treatment for 50 children suffering from acute malnutrition, and life-saving medical supplies to 150 patients.

He said that more than 240 patients are receiving health services from a large number of volunteer health workers, noting that the services are very limited due to the lack of medical supplies, fuel, water and food.

The organization said last week that the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza caused unprecedented destruction that would take decades to repair.

It is noteworthy that last Wednesday evening, the Israeli occupation forces targeted dozens of Palestinians as they gathered to obtain humanitarian aid at the Nabulsi roundabout on Al-Rashid Street in the northern Gaza Strip, which led to the death of 116 Palestinians and the injury of about 800 others in a massacre that became known as the “flour massacre.”

Since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which was carried out by the Palestinian resistance on October 7, Israel has been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, leaving tens of thousands martyred and wounded, most of them children and women, and causing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.
