"Help!
Your children”: Last generation activists protest in front of the Chancellery

Last generation activists daubed the facade of the Federal Chancellery with orange paint on Saturday morning.
In a photo published by the protest group there is a large lettering with the words “Help!
Your children" and numerous handprints can be seen.
Several activists lay on the ground in front of the wall, others sat, as can be seen in the photo.
16 teenagers arrested
According to the Berlin police, 16 people between the ages of 13 and 16 were temporarily arrested to check their identities.
The federal police have initiated an investigation on suspicion of damage to property.
Those involved are calling on the federal government to become aware of its responsibility for the young generation with regard to climate change and to “finally live up to it,” as the last generation announced.
