On February 19, the Civil Guard found a

, a manual repeating weapon, of the 44 millimeter caliber of the 'Tiger' brand at the home of the investigated person.

In the search of the property, located at Paseo Cerro del Toro number 2 in the Madrid town of San Sebastián de los Reyes, no "documentation supporting its legal possession

" was found,

nor was there a guide to the ownership of the weapon, according to records. in the request that the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard sent to the judge on February 20 and to which this newspaper has had access.

That day the UCO also searched the home of the investigated

Rogelio Pujalte

and found two items considered "

prohibited weapons

" by Royal Decree 137/1993, which approves the Weapons Regulation.

Specifically, according to the summary to which EL MUNDO has had access, an electric defense (taser) and an extendable defense were found.

Pujalte is responsible for the Murcia judicial warehouse, a company in charge of storing the items that police forces seize from criminals.
