205.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia (public calls for terrorist activities, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism), Art.

275 of the Criminal Code of Russia (high treason),” the regional branch of the FSB said in a statement.

FSB officers established that the culprit provided assistance to the Ukrainian special services in activities directed against the security of Russia, expressed in the transfer of information about the progress of partial mobilization, as well as carrying out, on their instructions, among residents of the region subject to mobilization, propaganda of voluntary surrender to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The state traitor also carried out illegal activities by posting public calls to commit a terrorist act on a social network.

“The court found him guilty, with a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 13 years in a high-security correctional colony with a fine of 200,000 rubles with restriction of freedom for a period of one year,” the statement notes.

The court also deprived him of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of websites and channels using electronic or information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, for a period of 3 years.
