“At the same time, the main emphasis should be placed on large families as a guarantee of demographic development, and therefore the sovereignty of the country.
I was also pleased with the president’s proposal to launch a program for maternal health and reproductive health, which would include expanding the number of antenatal clinics and children’s clinics, and extending the family mortgage until 2030,” said the children’s ombudsman.
In addition, by the end of 2030, at least 75 billion rubles will be allocated to expand programs to support families with children; funds will begin to arrive next year.
