It is noted that the initiative involves excluding comparison with prices on foreign markets from the definition of monopolistically high and monopolistically low prices.
From the circumstances determined by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia through concerted actions, mention of changes in prices for goods on world markets is removed.
At the same time, when determining the monopolistically high price of a product, the FAS gives permission to take into account exchange and over-the-counter price indicators that are established for similar goods on world markets.
