This was reported on the website of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry.

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry reported that a protest was expressed to Yolkin because of allegedly false statements “about the reasons for the state of bilateral relations, the conditions of Kaliningrad transit and the rights of Russian citizens.”

Former Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius, who is now ambassador to Sweden, previously threatened to “neutralize” Kaliningrad if Russia challenged NATO.

Commenting on these threats, press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov recalled that Kaliningrad is part of Russia and will always be so.
