“Advanced Russian developments in mechanical engineering, construction, communications and digital systems will also be in demand in creating a network of high-speed railways.
The first route between Moscow and St. Petersburg will pass through Tver and our ancient capital, Veliky Novgorod,” Putin said.
He noted that highways will be built to Kazan and the Urals, to Rostov-on-Don, to the Black Sea coast, and to Minsk.
On February 22, Putin visited one of the sections of the M-12 Vostok highway near Kazan driving a KamAZ.
