The body of a young man who was martyred by bullets from the Israeli occupation army was held in Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, on Thursday, while 3 Palestinians were injured during the occupation forces’ storming of the Jenin camp, and 20 others were arrested last night.

The mourners who went out to the funeral of Bashar Hanani, who was martyred in confrontations with the occupation army in the village of Beit Furik, north of the city of Nablus, denounced the continuing crimes of the Israeli occupation in the cities of the West Bank, and raised slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance against the occupation.

Three Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets in the Jenin camp, and Palestinian medical sources reported that the wounds of one of the wounded were serious, due to a head injury.

An Israeli special force infiltrated a civilian vehicle into the Khallet Al-Souha area, west of the Jenin refugee camp, and stormed a residential building, before military forces arrived at the site.

The occupation forces arrested a young man from inside the building, while clashes broke out with Palestinian resistance fighters during the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the camp.

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the town of Al-Samu, south of the city of Hebron in the West Bank. The occupation raided and searched a number of homes, set up barriers, and confiscated a number of vehicles.

It is noteworthy that the entrance to the town of Al-Samou is constantly closed with an iron gate, and it has witnessed the most vehicle confiscations since the seventh of last October.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of "Al-Laban Al-Gharbi", northwest of Ramallah, at dawn today, and pictures circulated by Palestinian platforms documented the moments when Israeli military vehicles entered the town.

The Authority for Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club announced, in a joint statement, that the number of detainees in the West Bank has risen to 7,325 people since October 7, after the Israeli army arrested 20 Palestinians last night.

Since the start of the devastating Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, the Israeli army has escalated its operations in the West Bank, leaving 410 martyrs and about 4,600 wounded.
