The report notes that the system, developed by specialists from the Tula research and production association Strela, is made of metal sheets and anti-fragmentation “blankets” with a set of reflectors and simulators of thermal and radar radiation.
Such protection measures significantly increase the survivability of equipment, as well as personnel, in the context of a special military operation.
