Released on the international scene after his release, Emmanuel Macron also seems to be released by the French.

According to our CSA survey for Europe 1, CNews and "Le Journal du Dimanche"*, 76% of French people are against sending French soldiers to Ukraine.

23% are for, and 1% do not comment.

A very large majority which is found regardless of gender (77% of men are opposed to it and 75% of women), socio-professional category or age.

Those aged 50-64 are the most reluctant to send French soldiers since 85% of them do not want it.

18-24 year olds are at the opposite end of the spectrum, but still very much against this idea, at 68%. 

...to the sympathizers of Emmanuel Macron

As for political opinions, they do not separate the respondents.

67% of left-wing voters are against the idea of ​​seeing French soldiers on the Ukrainian front facing Vladimir Putin's Russian troops.

In detail, 67% for supporters of France Insoumise, 78% for Europe Ecologie-Les Verts and 65% for the PS. 

On the right, respondents are even more opposed to this idea since 81% are against.

A proportion which rises to 84% among RN voters, while it is 76% among Republicans. 

As for supporters of Renaissance, and therefore of Emmanuel Macron, 68% of them are... against the idea of ​​the Head of State.
