By the end of 2023, more than 18,000 medical consortiums of various forms have been established across the country, and the number of two-way referrals nationwide has reached 30.3217 million, an increase of 9.7% compared with 2022, of which 15.5997 million were upwardly transferred, a decrease of 4.4% compared with 2022. %, and the number of transfers was 14.722 million, an increase of 29.9% compared with 2022.

  Jiao Yahui said that in the next step, the National Health Commission will continue to regard the construction of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system as an important way to solve the problem of medical treatment for the masses.
