Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin stated this in an interview with TASS.

According to him, representatives of show business who discredit the actions of the Russian army probably want to “please the politics of the countries where they are located.”

“But if one of them decides to return after a few years, they will have to answer for their actions according to the law,” Bastrykin said.

Previously, a court in Moscow arrested the accounts of the wife of writer Boris Akunin* in the amount of up to 6 million rubles.

Also, blogger Vyacheslav Malakhov was arrested in Moscow under an article about discrediting the Russian Armed Forces.
