Crowds of Gazans received the drop of Jordanian aid (social networking sites)

Dozens of clips and photos spread on social media of the airdrop operation carried out by the Jordanian army to provide humanitarian aid to the residents of Gaza.

Journalists in Gaza published video clips on their accounts on social media platforms showing the moment the Jordanian aircraft dropped aid. Other clips also showed hundreds of Gazans gathering on the beach and fishermen entering the sea to withdraw the aid that had been thrown from the western airspace from the city of Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Strip.

With the spread of clips and pictures of the Jordanian landing, which is the largest aid landing operation since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip last October, the hashtag “#airdrop” topped the trending list in Jordan.

We hope that there will be new and repeated airdrops these days,

and that they will be in the north in particular, as they are living in the most difficult conditions due to hunger.

Some observers praised the landing and dropping of aid to the people of Gaza, and hoped that there would be additional landings so that the aid would reach the largest possible number of people, while others wondered why the aid was not brought in from the land crossings instead of being dropped from the air on the coast and falling into the sea.

If the Jordanian army could penetrate Gaza's airspace despite the density of warplanes and spy planes.

Why was aid not brought in by land?

Bloggers stated that the landing operation was carried out in coordination with the Israeli side, but what is important about the matter, according to them, is that the aid reached those who deserved it, pointing out that Jordan is the only country that was able to carry out a landing operation and deliver aid to the people of Gaza.

#North_Gaza Perhaps the most heartfelt video.. We are sorry if we wanted anything else or more 😢.

On the other hand, other tweeters said that the aid fell into the sea and spoiled due to salt water leaking inside it, and those who needed it were unable to benefit from it, according to what one of them said.

Thank you, Nashami... but unfortunately it reached the middle of the sea and got wet, and its number is very small, as you can see pic.twitter.com/N7ukdV4AJ2

The Jordanian army announced on Monday that it had carried out the largest aid landing operation for Gaza residents since the start of the Israeli war on the Strip.

The Jordanian army said - in a statement carried by the official news agency - that the aid landing operations were carried out by 3 Jordanian planes and a French C-130 plane, targeting 11 sites on the Gaza coast from the north to the south of the Strip.
